More About Me
Whether you're a Chicago native or new to the city, Julie Goding is your local neighborhood REALTOR® who wants to learn your story and what's important to you. Born and raised in Chicago, she specializes in the north side of the city and enjoys providing information about the many diverse neighborhoods that make the city unique. And feeling good about the community you live in is just as important as selecting the right home.
Being a real estate agent is more than just making a transaction; it's all about building relationships. Julie is a professional who takes the time to get to know people by being present and listening to them. As a pastry chef having owned her own baking company, (Dough Dough Bird Baking Company), Julie knows that creating an exceptional customer experience and gaining a client's trust involves being patient, organized, a good communicator, and a good listener. Her clients consistently appreciate the level of
personal service, care and professionalism she provides.
Julie graduated from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana with a B.A. in Advertising and Graphic Design. She later followed her passion for baking and attended The French Pastry School's L'Art de la Patisserie certificate program.
In addition to her passion for baking, Julie enjoys reading, yoga and volunteering at Common Pantry–a 501(c)(3) nonprofit food pantry founded in 1967 to combat hunger and food insecurity in specific northern neighborhoods of Chicago.
Whether selling, buying or investing, Julie would be honored to assist you in realizing your real estate needs and hearing your story. Contact her today at 773-750-9325 or visit her website, juliegodingrealtor.com and begin your journey!
